Seven Up Salad
- 6 oz package lime gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temp.
- 1/4 cup sugar
- small can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup 7up
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- some chopped nuts (optional)
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and stir in cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Fold in nuts, if desired, when partially set. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until firm.
