Vending Machine Checklist

1. Is the machine plugged in?
2. Is the breaker blown?

Fountain Machine Checklist

1. Is the machine plugged in?
2. Is the water supply turned on?
3. Are you out of CO2?
4. Are you out of syrup?

To Request a Repair

Please contact our receptionist with the following information:

• Business name
• Business address
• Contact name and phone number
• Type of machine (vending, fountain, or coffee - if vending, please specify cans or 20 oz.)
• A brief description of the problem

We will add your information to our repair log and send one of our repairmen out as soon as possible.
